                  But we could ship the goods from any port according to customers’ requirement.

              A: Usually it is 300pcs for smaller size items, 100 pcs for bigger items.It’s depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

                   If shipping by air ,we don’t have minimum amount required .If shipping by sea , MOA is $3000.

              A:  Generally, we would supply super strong 5-layer corrugated carton packing to ensure all carton are seaworthy.

                   –  Inner box will be done brown or white box ,color box or mail order box.

                   – Wooden crafts will be wrapped with packing paper individually,then placed in a 3-layer corrugated medium boxes.

                   – Antique metal crafts will be packed in a separate inner box.

               A: T/T payment 30% deposit in advance,70% balance against B/L copy;

                    L/C at sight .

                    2) We make a proforma invoice for your confirming.
                    3) 30% deposit or full amount and send us the payment copy.
                    4) We start production after receiving the payment.
                    5) We inform you when the goods ready.

              A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

              A: Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 1-2 weeks for stocks,3-4 weeks for  large quantity.

              A:Yes. Make sure it’s turned off first then squeeze both side of bulb holder has springs then comes out and u can change bulb 

                  And you can buy them here. 

              A: Before we ship these salt lamps,we have quality control system to check these cords one by one,ensure quality from the start.

              A: The lamp can last forever if taken care of properly.

                   Because these lamps are simply a chunk of salt, do not use them in a high humidity place like a bathroom,

                   it will dissolve the salt. 

                  I had one lamp for over 2 yrs without needing to change the bulb. I light all my lamp every evening for several hours.
